Founder & CEO
He is a lifelong learner, studying technology (mechanical engineering and telematics), economics (MBA), the social sciences (sociology, the digital society, digitalisation, and AI), journalism and science communication. He has over 20 years of experience in setting up and managing businesses on several continents. His aviation expertise includes being a flight instructor, CRM trainer, and human factors specialist. He uses this rare combination to analyse and truly understand organisations. His approach is facilitation. Rather than implementing solutions himself, he empowers your organisation to do it itself. He is collaborative, well-founded, and practical. He embraces new generations and ways of thinking.
